Key Features for Unmatched Comfort and Fit

The Selina slipper is an ideal choice for individuals seeking slippers for swollen feet and ankles or those who need a generous fit for comfort and health.

  • Extra Wide 'V' Opening: The wide, adjustable 'V' opening ensures the slipper is incredibly easy to put on and take off, even when dealing with significant swelling or restricted mobility.

  • Adjustable Fit: Featuring an extra-long fastening strap, you can easily customize the fit throughout the day, accommodating fluctuating swelling. These are excellent slippers for a high instep.

  • Luxurious Style: The cosy, fluffy collar and delicate sparkle detail prove that therapeutic footwear doesn't have to compromise on style.

  • Deep and Wide Toe Box: The roomy design provides ample space for the forefoot, making them the perfect slippers for bunions and hammertoes. This generous fit prevents pinching and rubbing, ensuring all-day comfort.

Therapeutic and Health Benefits

The Selina Extra Wide Slipper from Sandpiper is engineered with foot health as a top priority, making it a dependable choice for sensitive feet.

  • Diabetic-Friendly Slippers: These are highly recommended slippers suitable for diabetics. They feature a seamless interior (no internal seams), which eliminates friction points that can cause rubbing or blisters—a crucial feature for maintaining foot integrity.

  • Adjustable and Removable Insole: The included insole is removable and washable, allowing you to fine-tune the fitting. Remove it for extra depth, or replace it with your own orthotic insoles or specialist arch supports for personalized relief.

Maintainable and Long-Lasting Freshness

Hygiene is essential, especially for therapeutic footwear.

  • Fully Washable Slipper: The Selina is a fully washable slipper, making it easy to maintain freshness and cleanliness. You can wash them regularly, ensuring your slippers remain hygienic and odour-free even after long periods of constant wear.

How to find the correct size for you?

1) Find your shoe size: Using a tape measure or ruler, measure the distance from the back of your heel to the end of your longest toe (in mm). Use the table below to work out your UK shoe size. Remember to measure the length of both your feet! Most people have feet of different sizes and the length of your longest foot should determine your shoe size.

2) Find your width fitting: Using a soft tape measure or string, measure the circumference (in mm) around your foot at the widest point, usually where your toe joints meet your foot (see diagram below). Refer to the tables below to find your correct width fitting for your shoe size.
