Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We can alter or cancel an order before the item is dispatched. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us on 01262 375050 during our opening hours with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that enquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to England, Wales & Scotland.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.

Handling time may vary on items made to order as stipulated on the item description.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. If you are wanting to return you must notify us within 14 days. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Hiring

Do Bayliss Mobility hire out Mobility Scooters for holiday makers?

Yes, we have a range of Mobility Scooters available for hire from the collapsible boot scooters to the larger 4mph pavement scooters. With prices starting from £10 a day. We can deliver and collect for an additional fee (depending on location). Visit Our Hire Prices here

If you are staying at a local Hotel/B&B/Guest House. Please ensure you have spoken with the property owners with regards to storage and charging facilities before enquiring about availability with ourselves. Not all places have these facilities.

We can also provide storage covers to protect the electrical hire equipment from the elements when not in use.

Parking

Is car parking available at Bayliss Mobility?

Unfortunately, we don't have on-site parking, however there is one hour free parking on the road down the side of the building - Savage Road.

Service / Repairs

Do Bayliss Mobility offer service and repairs of Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs?

Yes, between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, we offer repair services to new and existing customers. We can offer same day repair on punctures, tyre replacements and lots more. Home Demonstrations

Do Bayliss Mobility offer home demonstrations?

Yes, we can bring the equipment to your home/residence for you to try, such as Mobility Scooters, Powerchairs and Rise Recliners. We always ensure the customer is happy and comfortable with how the equipment works before leaving. We do not charge for any local home demos.
