What Does a Professional Service Involve?

When you book a service with us, our highly experienced engineer, Gary, performs a comprehensive multi-point safety inspection. We don't just look at the surface; we ensure every component is fit for purpose.

Our thorough inspection includes:

• Battery Health: Testing capacity and charging cycles.
• Chassis & Frame: Checking for structural integrity and wear.
• Wheels & Tyres: Inspecting wheel bearings, tyre tread, and inner tube pressure.
• Steering & Control: Testing the steering mechanism for responsiveness.
• Electronics: Checking all electrical connections and wiring looms.
• Safety Braking: Full testing of the Electromagnetic Brake and manual backup brakes.
• Drivetrain: Inspecting the motor and gearbox for efficiency.

Note: If we identify any parts that need replacing, we will always notify you first. We provide clear advice and transparent pricing before any additional work is carried out.
