Sizing Guide

To find the correct size, measure the hips at the widest point:

• General Rule: If the measurement lies between two sizes, choose the smaller size only if the user has slim thighs. Choose the larger size if the user has large thighs or wears incontinence pads.
• Small: 75-90cm (30-38")
• Medium: 90-110cm (36-44")
• Large: 100-120cm (40-48")
• X-Large: 110-140cm (44-56")
